We began working with Nate on the purchase of a home. We had an area in mind and started the search. As it turned out, we ended up in a different area . Nate found us several homes to view and we decided on the one we actually bought. This was a great experience as Nate provided a great deal of advice and assistance in the process. After all was said and done, my wife and I ended up with a beautiful home with $15,000 in built in equity.The home we sold, after we bought this home was to be sold by ourselves. However, that did not work quite that way. We had an offer to buy at our asking price but then the buyer decided to have a realtor friend represent them and things got a bit sticky and confusing. We called on Nate again to assist in the sale. At the end of it all, we sold the house, to the same buyers, for about $12,000 more than the original asking price.All I can say is: Great job Nate, and thank you.

There was a situation in our dealings that required good character, and he rose to the occasion. His service extended beyond the closing, and was very, very helpful.
